The following privacy policy is presented to the membership in written form annually through a quarterly newsletter that is mailed to all members.

1. The EFFCU collects non-public personal information about you from the following sources: (1) Information we receive from you on applications or other forms; (2) Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and (3) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
2. The EFFCU does not disclose any non-public personal information about our members (present or former) to anyone, except as permitted by law.
3. The EFFCU restricts access to non-public personal information about you to those volunteers and employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
4. The EFFCU maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.
