The following privacy policy is presented to the membership in written form annually through a quarterly newsletter that is mailed to all members.

• The EFFCU collects non-public personal information about you from the following sources: (1) Information we receive from you on applications or other forms; (2) Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and (3) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
• The EFFCU does not disclose any non-public personal information about our members (present or former) to anyone, except as permitted by law.
• The EFFCU restricts access to non-public personal information about you to those volunteers and employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
• The EFFCU maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.
